PAUL DYKZEUL

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Paul Dykzeul was appointed CEO of Bauer Media Australasia in June 2017. He has been CEO of Bauer Media New Zealand since 2007. During his time in Australia he held roles as director of international business and publisher for ACP. Prior to that he was managing director of Murdoch Magazines before moving to Pacific Magazines in 2000.

LEANNE KANE

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Leanne Kane joined Bauer Media in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. A chartered accountant with more than 15 years senior finance experience in the media sector across film distribution, radio and television organizations located in NZ and the UK. She returned from the UK in 2005 where she had held various senior roles at NBC Universal joining MediaWorks as Group Financial Controller.

PAT HOULIHAN

GENERAL MANAGER - PROPERTY PRESS

Pat’s team has developed Property Press over the years to the point that it is the pre-eminent print medium for real estate for sale in New Zealand. He previously worked in the courier and transportation industry, and as a professional musician. Personal interests include music and marathon running.

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Paul's career started in the Agency sector, over the past 18 years Paul has held senior media sales roles with Haymarket Publishing in the UK, Fairfax, APN and Time Inc South Pacific. He joined Bauer in 2007 and was appointed the Commercial Director in 2011. Paul is responsible for the advertising revenue across Bauer’s consumer portfolio as well as working with the team on large projects.

TANYA WALSHE

PUBLISHER

Tanya has 25 years’ experience in media working across marketing, strategy and insights. She is the Publisher for Woman’s Day, New Zealand Woman’s Weekly, Fashion Quarterly, Simply You Style and Simply You Living. Adding to her publishing remit are insights responsibilities. Tanya and her team provide deep consumer understanding and actionable media insights across the Bauer portfolio.

TERRY WILLIAMS-KING

GENERAL MANAGER - BAUER TRADER MEDIA NZ

Terry and his team look after a range of specialist magazines and websites across a variety of sectors - Automotive, Bike, Boats, Construction, Heavy machinery, Farming, Motorhomes and Trucks. Terry has been with the company 9 Years, and oversees the day to day running of the Trader business.

LEIANDA LAKIN

HEAD OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE

Leianda has over 20 years’ experience working in HR in media and publishing environments, including the role of HR Manager at Reed Elsevier. She is responsible for the Bauer people and culture strategy, including organisational development, employee relations and internal communications.

MICHAEL FUYALA

HEAD OF DIGITAL

Michael joined Bauer Media in January 2015 to lead our fast growing digital business and team. With formal qualifications in business and digital marketing Michael’s management experience spans both client side and media side. Most recently Michael spent three years as Digital Publisher delivering strong audience and revenue growth across digital lifestyle products at NZME.

BRENDON HILL

PUBLISHER

Brendon is responsible for a portfolio of 13 leading magazine brands covering a diverse range of genres from Homes & Food to Women’s Interest, Health, Fashion, Current Affairs and Custom Publishing. He strives for continuous improvement of the magazine’s editorial offering and increasing consumer interactions with the brands across multiple platforms.
